After the opening of the Yunnan-Vietnam Railway, along with the arrival of French architecture and Western culture, French tennis, the second largest ball game, which was conceived in France, born in England, popularized and formed in the U.S., and prevails all over the world in contemporary times, came to Bisezhai. The French built a tennis court in 29.3 meters long and 16 meters wide here. When the tennis court was being built, the absorbency and permeability of the local red clay did not meet the requirements, so the French brought in red clay from Italy to lay on the court to make a red clay tennis court close to the standard requirements. At that time, many rich people in the surrounding area took the train to watch foreigners play tennis. It is said that the tennis balls used at that time were also made from local materials and homemade rattan balls. It was proved by the cultural relics experts that it was the first red clay tennis court in Yunnan Province and even in China.
